Martin Kutschera has been managing director in the companies of the BOP Group since 2007.

Born in Vienna, he graduated from the University of Vienna with a degree in economics. From 1988 to 1996, he worked as an account manager and later as a regional manager at Immorent AG, where he managed the areas of financing, project development and the provision of technical services.

In 1996, he joined the newly established Post- und Telekom Immobiliengesellschaft m.b.H. and was responsible for the entire real estate management, planning and construction, as well as for the project development of the group as sole managing director until 2006.

In 2006, he became a partner in Lion und Partner Immobilien Holding, which was converted into BOP Immoholding in 2007 and is now run as a family business.

2006 wurde er Partner in der Lion und Partner Immobilien Holding, welche 2007 in die BOP Immoholding umgewandelt wurde und heute als Familienunternehmen geführt wird.
