Mr. Martin Kutschera has been the shareholder and the CEO of the BOP Group since 2007 and is responsible for the whole real estate management as well as project development.

Born in Vienna, he studied economics at the University of Vienna. From 1988 until 1996 he worked as a customer manager and later on as a regional manager at Immorent AG, where he was managing the real estate finance, project development and provision of technical services. In 1996 he moved to the newly founded Post- und Telekom Immobiliengesellschaft m.b.H. and until 2006 he was the sole managing director responsible for managing the real estate, for planning and construction as well as developing projects of the Group. He became independent in 2006 by joining Lion and Partner Immobilien Holding, which was subsequently converted into the BOP Group.
